It’s been a while since I listed some favourites, but the spring weather put me in the mood for sharing. So below are a few great products I’ve bought and/or used lately.
Seventeen Doll’d Up Mascara
The best mascara I’ve used so far! It doesn’t clump and comes with a perfectly curved brush to curl and separate eyelashes. Unfortunately I think Boots is getting rid of the Seventeen brand, but I’m hoping it’ll still be available from some other places.
Asics ESS Winter Half Zip Running Top
I bought this running top on a whim. It was cold that day and I kept thinking how I’d freeze on my run that evening. It’s a purchase I don’t regret! I wore it on runs, hikes and even under my biking jacket. It’s warm without being bulky and can be worn on its own or layered with a compression shirt.
Salomon Speedcross 4 Trail Running Shoes
It took me a while to decide on my first ever pair of proper trail running shoes, but after reading many reviews online, I finally opted for these gorgeous Salomon Speedcross 4. They run a bit small so I’ve had to stretch this pair, but they are quite comfortable once broken in.
Arbonne Renew & Rescue Detox Gelée
My mom sent me this lotion after I mentioned my 75 Miles Challenge and the sore legs that came with it. She thought it could help with recovery and she was right! The gelée is really soothing, especially after a long run, and it smells divine.
Essie Nail Polish
I love nail polish but I always stick with almost translucent colours. At the end of last summer, I branched out and treated myself to some darker hues. I like Essie because for their huge range of colours and because they don’t require three of four coats (I don’t have that kind of patience). My current favourites are Midnight Cami, Winning Streak, Bahama Mama and Fishnet Stockings.
i think the gelée will be a good use for me after my hikes.

I am in LOVE with Essie polishes! If I’m not buying gel polish off Amazon, I’m getting Essie

They are amazing, aren’t they?! And so many colours, it’s hard to chose! I actually have a “Essie wishlist” note on my phone…
